SNFExtra Player Support
If you are having technical difficulties with the SNFExtra Website please use this form to report your issue.
Please provide as detailed a description of the problem you are experiencing as you can, and a valid email address so we can contact you if we need to.
Before submitting your request please note the following:
- This content is only available within the United States. Sunday Night Football Extra is not available for distribution outside the United States.
- The SNF Extra player is only available while the game is being broadcast live on TV/Cable. The player will be taken down shortly after each game's conclusion.
- There will be no audio during the pre-game slate.
- If you are having problems getting Silverlight to install please try rebooting your machine after installing Silverlight to ensure your browser has fully updated or follow the instructions here to check if you have the latest version.
